Vijayawada, Nov. 16 -- CPI General Secretary D Raja emphasized the need of election reforms in India and called upon "democratic and secular forces" to be united to defeat the BJP. Raja found fault with the Election Commission of India(ECI) for the Special Intensive Revision(SIR) of electoral rolls conducted in Bihar before elections in an improper way.
