Kakinada, Dec. 16 -- State Agricultural Cooperative employees staged a dharna in front of the District Cooperative office here on Tuesday in support of their demands.
Their demands include implementation of the 2019 pay revision and payment of gratuity in accordance with the Supreme court order.
The dharna was staged in response to the call of Andhra Pradesh state agricultural cooperative societies employees Joint Action Committee.
They demanded regularization of the services of employees who joined in 2019 and implementation of the GO on raising the retirement age to 62 years in all the cooperative institutions. They also demanded implementation of the wage agreement signed with employees unions long back.
