Visakhapatnam, Dec. 27 -- The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) State president and Gajuwaka MLA Palla Srinivasa Rao participated in the distribution of compassionate appointment letters at the Andhra Pradesh Eastern Power Distribution Company Limited (APEPDCL) training centre in Sagarnagar, Visakhapatnam.
He handed over appointment orders to beneficiaries flanked by Energy Minister Gottipati Ravi Kumar.
