Vijayawada, Dec. 31 -- Andhra Pradesh Health Minister Satya Kumar Yadav has said that 784 Post Graduate doctors were posted as resident doctors in Secondary and Teaching government hospitals. Postings were made online to the doctors in 23 departments, the Minister said in a release here on Wednesday.
"The doctors who have received postings should join duty in the said hospitals by January 5, 2026. In the academic year 2022-23, a policy has been implemented whereby doctors who have taken admission in government and private colleges under the State Convener Quota and completed their PG courses, must work in regional, community, district and teaching government hospitals," the Minister added.
