Kakinada (Andhra Pradesh), Feb. 26 -- As many as 452 NSS volunteers and students of various colleges affiliated to the JNTUK have donated blood voluntarily at the mega blood donation camp organized jointly by the NSS units and the Indian Red Cross Society at the alumni auditorium here on Monday.
Those donated blood include JNTUK Vice Chancellor Prof GVR Prasadaraju and NSS coordinator Dr G Syam Kumar.
Inaugurating the Mega camp, Prof Raju said that blood was life saver and invaluable and advised the students to come forward to donate the blood.
