Rajahmundry, Sept. 23 -- Deputy Superintendent of police G Dev Kumar said today that 15 special teams have been formed to apprehend the hardcore offender Battula Prabhakar who had escaped from the escort police while being taken to court.
The DSP said here on Tuesday that 15 special teams were formed comprising 10 Circle Inspectors, 15 Sub-inspectors and 40 police personnel to arrest the fugitive. These teams have launched a massive search for the notorious criminal Prabhakar in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
