Alipurduar, May 29 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday reiterated that "Operation Sindoor" has not yet ended and warned that any attack from across the borders - be it from Pakistan or terrorists - on India will be dealt with severely.

"The Pakistan-backed terrorists wanted to erase the Sindoor of Indian women, but the Army has proved the strength of Sindoor," Modi said amid thunderous applause from the people waving Indian flags, who assembled at the Parade Ground of the district.

Modi pointed out that the Pak army always took help from the terrorists whenever they attacked India since the partition in 1947 but each and every time they "faced severe" replies from India.
