Thiruvananthapuram, Dec. 19 -- A sessions court in the Kerala capital on Friday granted anticipatory bail to Congress leader Sandeep Warrier in a case involving the alleged disclosure of a sexual assault survivor's identity through social media.
The principal district and sessions court also granted similar relief to Ranjitha Pulikkal, linked to the Facebook account from which the disputed content was allegedly shared.
The court imposed conditions, including a direction that the accused should not influence witnesses or engage in similar acts in the future.
