New Delhi, June 25 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi today reiterated his commitment to strengthening the principles of Constitution and working together to realise the vision of a Viksit Bharat and said the anti-Emergency movement reaffirmed the vitality of preserving India's democratic framework.
