Los Angeles, Feb. 11 -- Roh Films Germany is returning to India for its first local production since The Lunchbox (2013), teaming up with First Ray Films India for the noir thriller 'But First, The Burning', Variety confirms.
The film will be directed by acclaimed Indian filmmaker Devashish Makhija and star Anshuman Jha. France's En Compagnie des Lamas (Manto), headed by Sandrine Brauer, has also come on board as French producer. Final details of the collaboration are expected to be locked at the Berlin European Film Market (EFM).
