Ankara, Feb. 27 -- Turkey expects Ukraine and the United States to sign an agreement on rare earth resources and a support fund, but the way it will affect the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict remains to be seen, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said on Thursday.
On Wednesday, US President Donald Trump said that as part of the mineral agreement with Ukraine, the US will get back all the money already sent to Kiev and even considerably more.
