Chennai, Aug. 9 -- Amid deepening leadership tussle between the father and son, the General Council meeting of the Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK) today resolved that Dr Anbumani Ramadoss would continue as the Party President.
An unanimous resolution in this regard was adopted at the meeting convened by Dr Anbumani in his capacity as the President of the PMK (having been elected by the General Council), though he was stripped from the post and made Working President by his father and Party Founder Dr.S.Ramadoss, who had also announced that he was the sole leader of PMK and took over the reins of the party affairs in May this year.
