Washington, Feb. 2 -- India's rising squash star Anahat Singh clinched the biggest title of her career on Sunday, winning her maiden PSA Bronze-level crown after defeating top seed Georgina Kennedy of England in the final of the Squash On Fire Open 2026 in Washington.

World No. 31 Anahat produced a composed and dominant performance to beat the reigning Commonwealth Games champion and world No. 10 Kennedy in straight games, 12-10, 11-5, 11-7, in a 26-minute final. The victory marked Anahat's first title at a World event and her 15th overall on the PSA Tour.
