Hyderabad, April 23 -- Hyderabad based Ampivo AI, a multi-modal AI solutions providers, on Wednesday said it has acquired 51 percent majority stake in Commerce Forever Solutions, a well-known B2B e-commerce operations firm.
This strategic move aims to grow and strengthen Ampivo AI's role in the e-commerce space by using its AI Technology into real world B2B applications, the company said in a release here.
Commerce Forever Solutions closed the financial year 2024-25 with net sales of Rs. 115 crore.
