Mumbai, Jan. 8 -- Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan and his family members have entered into a development agreement in partnership with Anand K. Pandit-led Sri Lotus Developers & Realty Limited, for a large mixed-use real estate project in GIFT City, Gandhinagar, according to registration documents reviewed here on Thursday.
The development agreement, executed through Rise Root Projects, a subsidiary of Sri Lotus, will feature high-end residences, commercial offices, retail, and hospitality spaces across over 1 million sq ft. The land, acquired by Amitabh Bachchan 15 years ago, is located along the Sabarmati riverfront in GIFT City.
