Patna, Nov. 6 -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and union Home Minister Amit Shah today urged the people of Bihar, especially the youth, to come out in large numbers to vote in the first phase of the state Assembly elections, saying that every vote is crucial to building a "developed and self-reliant Bihar" and to preventing the "return of jungle raj."As polling continued across 121 constituencies in 18 districts, Shah took to X to make an appeal to voters.
"Brothers and sisters of Bihar, especially the youth, I urge you to vote in record numbers in the first phase today. Every vote will help prevent the return of jungle raj, uphold good governance, and create a developed, self-reliant Bihar," Shah wrote.
