Prayagraj, Jan. 27 -- Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Monday took a holy dip at the confluence of Ganga, Yamuna and invisible Saraswati in Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj.
Shah, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Deputy CMs Keshav Prasad Maurya, Brajesh Pathak and saints also took a holy bath.
After bathing, the Union Minister along with his family offered special prayers on the bank of Sangam, presented flowers, coconut and chunri to Ganga Maiya and performed her aarti. Later he left for darshan pujan of Hanuman Ji temple and Akshaya Vat. His son and International Cricket Council (ICC) Chairman Jay Shah had reached Prayagraj on Sunday night itself.
