New Delhi, Sept. 17 -- Home Minister Amit Shah today launched a sharp attack on the Opposition, questioning their stance on the alleged inclusion of infiltrators in the country's voter rolls.

Addressing a gathering on the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 75th birthday here, Shah asked whether infiltrators should be removed from the voter list or not, and accused the Opposition of running a campaign he dubbed the "Ghuspaithiya Bachao Yatra" (Save Infiltrators Yatra), a Home Ministry statement said.

Without naming anybody, Shah said the leader of the main Opposition party is "trying to win elections on the strength of infiltrators" and alleged that the party does not have confidence in the people of India.
