Chennai, July 16 -- Attempting at some semantic jugglery, AIADMK general secretary Edappadi K Palaniswami (EPS) today clarified that Union Home Minister and BJP stalwart Amit Shah had merely said "only our alliance will capture power" in the 2026 assembly election and not "coalition government".
"What Amit Shah had said should not be misrepresented. He had said that only our alliance will win the election. It is the media which is trying to twist the issue to project a different picture to give the impression that there are cracks in the alliance.
