Patna, Nov. 7 -- union Home Minister Amit Shah said on Friday that Bihar has become Naxal-free after 25 years due to the efforts of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who also built infrastructure in every corner of Bihar marking the beginning of a new era of development.
