Agartala, Feb. 19 -- Agartala Municipal Corporation (AMC) has decided to go for a digital assessment of land use patterns in the city under the Government of India's pilot project, NAKSHA, which aims to create a comprehensive three-dimensional model of urban areas using advanced drone technology.
Agartala has been selected as one of 152 cities in India for the initiative, and an aerial survey of the entire city will be conducted to modernize and strengthen the existing land record system and reevaluate land use patterns.
