Bhopal, Aug. 19 -- Underlining that all-inclusive development of Lord Mahakaleshwar's town Ujjain is his long-cherished desire, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath averred on Monday that his dispensation has prepared a Rs 300-crore scheme for improvement of the temple premises and providing astounding additional facilities that would serve as nothing short of a magnetic attraction for devotees.

"A plan will be drafted vis-a-vis this blueprint and its timely implementation ensured. Special focus has been on the spiralling number of pilgrims and that shall comprise the basis for buildout of the shrine area.
