Sambhajinagar, Feb. 4 -- The Bombay High Court's Aurangabad bench on Wednesday heard a key petition related to the custodial death of dalit law student Somnath Suryavanshi, a case that has triggered widespread debate across Maharashtra. Taking note of the seriousness of the matter, the court announced that the case would be taken up as the first item on the board on Thursday.
