Srinagar, July 22 -- J&K Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today said that the annual Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra has crossed the 3.35 lakh mark, and the success of the pilgrimage offer a significant boost to the tourism sector.
Sinha visited Nunwan and Chandanwari Base Camps in Anantnag district and reviewed the services and facilities for the pilgrims.
The Amarnath Yatra began on July 3 from the twin tracks - the traditional Nunwan-Pahalgam route in Anantnag and the Baltal route in Ganderbal.
