Jammu, July 2 -- Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today flagged off the first batch of devotees for the pilgrimage to the holy cave of Shri Amarnath here from Bhagwati Nagar Base Camp.
The Lieutenant Governor extended best wishes to all the pilgrims for a safe and blissful journey.
