Hyderabad, June 28 -- Tension gripped Hyderabad on Saturday as alleged Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) workers stormed the Maha TV office, vandalizing property over alleged false reporting related to party leader KT Rama Rao (KTR) and the ongoing phone tapping controversy.
According to eyewitnesses, the mob damaged studio equipment, shattered glass windows, and vandalized several vehicles on the premises. The attack forced staff members to flee for safety. Police rushed to the scene and restored order and assessed the extent of damage. No injuries have been reported so far.
