Prayagraj, April 8 -- Allahabad High Court is displeased over the failure of SSP Aligarh to file a personal affidavit despite the court's order directing him to appear in person on April 13.
The court sought an explanation from SSP Aligarh and asked why the SSP did not comply despite two orders.
The court described the SSP Aligarh's attitude as disrespectful and directed the DGP to take action against SSP Aligarh and inform the court.
The order was issued by a single bench of Justice Samit Gopal while hearing the petition of petitioner Yogesh of Aligarh.
