Prayagraj, July 25 -- Allahabad High Court on Friday gave major relief to Azad Samaj Party's National President Chandrashekhar Azad 'Ravan'.

The High Court cancelled the order of the Saharanpur Court rejecting Chandrashekhar's discharge application. The High Court has now sent the case back to Saharanpur Court for a fresh decision.

The verdict was given by a single bench of Justice Sameer Jain.

Chandrashekhar Azad had filed a petition in Allahabad High Court against the trial court's decision.
