Prayagraj, March 20 -- The Allahabad High Court on Friday heard the petition filed by Nawab Kazim Ali Khan alias Naved Miyan on Samajwadi Party's leader Abdullah Azam Khan over his 2 PAN cards.
The Court has directed the respondents-Azam Khan and Abdullah Azam Khan-to file their responses by April 10, when the next hearing is slated.
The matter was heard by a Single Bench comprising Justice Samit Gopal.
Nawab Kazim Ali Khan filed this petition in the Allahabad High Court after his criminal revision petition was dismissed by the Rampur MP/ MLA Court.
The Rampur Court had rejected the plea seeking an enhancement of the sentences handed down to Abdullah Azam Khan and SP leader Azam Khan.
