Prayagraj, Oct. 28 -- In a big win for the opposition Samajwadi Party, the Allahabad High Court has set aside the administration's order on vacating the Moradabad SP office. Now Kothi No. 4 in Civil Lines, which has been the Samajwadi Party's hub for the past three decades in Moradabad, will remain with it.
The High Court has stayed the Moradabad administration's order on vacating the bungalow.
This order was issued by a bench of Justice Arindam Sinha and Justice Satya Vir Singh after a hearing today.
