Prayagraj, Nov. 18 -- Allahabad High Court has extended the interim bail of Samajwadi Party leader and former MLA from Sisamau seat in Kanpur, Haji Irfan Solanki, till December 17, in an extortion case.
The court also stayed the proceedings of the trail court in an extortion case against the SP leader. A single bench of of the court Justice Sameer Jain delivered this order on Monday.
The next hearing in the case will be held on December 17.
On October 13, Irfan Solanki received interim relief from the Allahabad High Court.
