Lucknow, May 29 -- Senior Congress leader and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, on Thursday received a setback from the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court which dismissed his petition and refused to give any relief in a case of making alleged derogatory remarks on the army.

The court rejected his petition refusing to give him relief in the case.

A complaint has been filed against Rahul Gandhi in a Lucknow court alleging that he had made derogatory remarks on the army during the Bharat Jodo Yatra.

During the hearing on the complaint, the Congress leader was summoned by the local court. The defendant had challenged this summoning order in the petition.
