Bhubaneswar, Nov. 1 -- Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi today announced that sub-registration offices will be opened in all tehsils across Odisha in a phased manner.

Inaugurating 44 new sub-registration offices in as many tehsils across 13 districts, Majhi said all such offices are now under Smart Surveillance, monitored through CCTV to ensure employee punctuality and transparency.

This system, he noted, has proven highly effective in making registration offices corruption-free and eliminating middlemen.

Majhi emphasized that availing government services is the right of every citizen and urged revenue department employees to deliver quality service with dignity and respect.
