Shimla, Dec. 18 -- Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has announced that all pending pension arrears in Himachal Pradesh will be fully cleared by the year 2027, reaffirming his government's commitment to the welfare of pensioners and serving employees despite serious fiscal constraints.
