Singapore, May 27 -- After successful deliberations with Japan and the Republic of South Korea leaders and think-tanks, India's all-party outreach mission arrived in Singapore on Tuesday to convey New Delhi's resolute stand of zero tolerance against all forms of terrorism and appeals to global leaders that the time has come to combat terror outfits.

"The delegation arrives in Singapore as part of India's diplomatic outreach," one of the delegates said after reaching here from Seoul in South Korea.
