Lucknow, Feb. 27 -- Samajwadi Party national President Akhilesh Yadav on Friday strongly criticised the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) over the NCERT textbook controversy, particularly the chapter alleging corruption in the judiciary.
"Just as a cough exposes a thief, a false apology eventually exposes a criminal," Yadav said, taking an aim at BJP leaders.
He accused the ruling party of making inflated accusations against others to downplay their own wrongdoings, only to offer "sham apologies" when caught. "The false intentions and deceit of such cunning individuals are inevitably exposed one day, revealing that they are guilty, not innocent," he added.
