Lucknow, Sept. 25 -- Samajwadi Party (SP) national president Akhilesh Yadav today launched a scathing attack on the BJP government over issues ranging from farmers' concerns and inflation to reservations and corruption.
Starting with the Noida issue, Akhilesh Yadav said, "Businessmen and investors are coming to this area adjacent to Delhi, but the demands of the farmers, on whose land these businesses are flourishing, are not being met.
The BJP government is conspiring and coercing farmers to give up their land." He added that if his government comes to power, farmers will receive compensation above the circle rate, and better roads will be built from Noida to Lucknow.
