Akhilesh Yadav hits out against SIR exercise, appeals to opposition, NDA allies to 'expose BJP's conspiracy'

Lucknow, Nov. 28 -- Samajwadi Party National President Akhilesh Yadav has appealed to all opposition parties, and even to all NDA allies, to "unite and expose the BJP's grand conspiracy" to delete the names of genuine voters through the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in the country.

"The BJP will first destroy those parties that consider it their ally. Therefore, we appeal to every citizen of our country to abandon all work and stop the SIR's fraud," he said in his appeal to the NDA alliance partners.
