New Delhi, March 15 -- Flight operations between India and parts of the United Arab Emirates were disrupted on Sunday as airlines announced cancellations and schedule changes following restrictions imposed by airport authorities in the region amid the evolving situation in the Middle East.
In a post on social media, Air India said that following instructions from UAE airport authorities, both Air India and Air India Express had to further curtail their ad-hoc operations for March 15.
"All Air India Express flights planned for the day to and from Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah and Sharjah stand cancelled," the airline said.
