Los Angeles, April 14 -- British actress Aimee Lou Wood blasted the Saturday Night Live (SNL) parody of her character in the black-comedy-thriller series 'White Lotus', which mocked her wide-gap teeth, calling the spoof "unfunny" and "mean".
Wood expressed her frustration and disappointment with the SNL parody, which aired on April 12, on her Instagram account, calling SNL out for its "cheap" portrayal of her character, Chelsea.
As reported by Variety, she wrote "Such a shame cuz I had such a great time watching it a couple of weeks ago." She added "Yes, take the piss for sure - that's what the show is about- but there must be a cleverer, more nuanced, less cheap way?"
