Bhubaneswar, April 16 -- In a significant step toward strengthening healthcare access in northern Odisha, the state government on Thursday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with AIIMS Bhubaneswar to provide advanced medical services in Rairangpur and adjoining areas.
Announcing the initiative, Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr. Mukesh Mahaling said residents of Rairangpur and surrounding parts of Mayurbhanj district will soon benefit from enhanced healthcare facilities with AIIMS support.
The MoU was formalized at Lok Seva Bhavan in the presence of the Minister. It was signed by AIIMS Bhubaneswar Director Prof. Ashutosh Biswas and Director of Health Services, Odisha, Dr. Pradeep Guru.
