Shimla, Nov. 5 -- The State Committee of the All India Democratic Women's Association (AIDWA) has demanded an impartial investigation and immediate expulsion of BJP MLA from Churah following serious allegations of sexual harassment and intimidation made by a local minority woman and her family.

In a statement issued today, AIDWA leaders Veena Vaidya and Falma Chauhan said the allegations against the MLA, including sexual harassment, threats, and the alleged burning of the victim's house, raise grave concerns about law and order in the state. They claimed that despite repeated complaints, the police have failed to take action, allowing the accused to continue intimidating the victim and her family.
