Nagpur, Nov. 20 -- The Association for Industrial Development (AID) has formally submitted a detailed proposal to Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis for the establishment of a dedicated steel cluster in Gadchiroli.

AID president Ashish Kale met the Chief Minister in Nagpur to present the concept note, outlining a vision to develop the Gadchiroli steel hub as a sustainable and globally competitive manufacturing and ancillary cluster.

The proposal emphasizes value addition of locally available iron ore within the state, creation of large-scale employment opportunities and support for balanced regional development.
