AICC rules out change of guard in Meghalaya; terms Pala as "loyal and dedicated partyman"

Shillong, Oct. 29 -- The Congress high command has poured cold water to the demend of a section of disgruntled leaders in Meghalaya who wish to oust state party president, Vincent H.
