Chennai, Nov. 15 -- AIADMK General Secretary and Leader of the Opposition Edappadi K.Palaniswami(EPS) today expressed shock over the exit of Korean firm Hwaseung from Tamil Nadu and faulted theruling DMK for the alleged alarming trend of industries withdrawing from the state.
In a statement here, EPS said the latest example of the Korean company Hwaseung, which had earlierannounced plans to invest in Tamil Nadu, but has now officially shifted its operations to Andhra Pradesh,is a humiliating indictment of the DMK's failed industrial policies.
Citing the recent foreign visits of Chief Minister M K Stalin for attracting investments, he said Tamil Naduhas gained nothing.
