Nagpur, Sept. 13 -- union Minister Nitin Gadkari today said Artificial Intelligence (AI) will bring a revolution in the agriculture sector and significantly improve the condition of farmers.
Responding to a query at an event here, Gadkari said AI would play a transformative role in farming.
He also highlighted the success of ethanol production, noting that 350-400 factories are currently operational across the country.
"With ethanol produced from maize, farmers earned Rs 45,000 crore. Earlier, the maize price was Rs 1,200 per quintal, which has now increased to Rs 2,800. The cultivation area has also tripled. Those opposing it don't concern me. My path is clean," Gadkari said.
