Glasgow, Nov. 26 -- The 2030 Commonwealth Games will be held in Ahmedabad. The 74 Commonwealth member countries on Wednesday officially approved Ahmedabad as the venue for the Games. At the Commonwealth Games General Assembly meeting, representatives of member countries approved India's proposal to host the Games in Ahmedabad.
As soon as Ahmedabad was selected to host the Commonwealth Games in its centenary year, the General Assembly hall reverberated with the dance of Garba dancers and the performance of drummers.
