Ahmedabad, April 8 -- Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister and KPCC President DK Shivakumar has said the Congress is undertaking a historic nationwide organisational revamp under the leadership of AICC President Mallikarjun Kharge and senior leader Rahul Gandhi, with the focus squarely on grassroots empowerment.
