Ahilyanagar (Maharashtra), Sept. 23 -- The government has decided to appoint the Ahilyanagar District Collector as the administrator of the trustee system at Shri Shaneshwar Devasthan.
While Shri Shaneshwar Devasthan was under the management of the Trustee Board, various irregularities in the administration of the temple, scams related to fake apps, financial mismanagement and corruption, animosity between Hindu and Muslim employees of the temple, disputes over the fourth abode of Shani Dev and incidents of law and order issues have come to the notice of the government.
Such serious matters have created unrest and anger among the general devotees regarding the functioning of the temple, and their faith in the temple has been shaken.
