Chandigarh, April 20 -- In a significant success against organized crime, the Anti-Gangster Task Force (AGTF) of Punjab, in a collaborative operation with the SAS Nagar district police, has dismantled a gangster module allegedly operated by foreign-based handlers.

Authorities confirmed the arrest of four individuals and recovery of two foreign-made .30 caliber pistols, along with eight live cartridges, from their possession.

Punjab Director General of Police (DGP) Gaurav Yadav shared the details of the operation on his social media handle, reaffirming the state's resolve to eliminate criminal syndicates.
